The Community Counseling and Education Center (CCEC) has delivered comprehensive mental health care to adults, adolescents, children, and families since 1970.

The clinic is centrally located and proudly continues the tradition of satisfying the needs of the greater Tri-Cities community.

The frequency, duration, and kind of treatment provided are based on critical need.

Many insurance policies cover our professional fees.

Sliding scale fees are available to all low income clients.

Our professional staff are provided by highly qualified, licensed staff members and advanced graduated students. Our licensed staff brings a variety of specialties to CCEC's comprehensive mental health program. The disciplines of Psychology and Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy are represented.

CCEC helps people with:


- Difficulties in marital or parent-child and other important relationships.
- Concerns over, or problems with, drug or alcohol use by themselves or by    family members.
- Depression, anxiety, fears, or other painful feelings that interfere with    functioning.
- Concerns about children's behavior, motivation, or school problems.
- Concerns about past or present sexual or physical abuse.
