YOP Community Based Process

The objective is to increase collaborations between CCEC and other local youth-serving agencies as a result of community based involvement.

This strategy includes: organizing, planning, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of services implementation, inter-agency collaboration, coalition building and networking.

Activities include:

• Multi-agency coordination and collaboration with organizations
• Technical assistance
• Collaborative grant writing
